Day 01: Arrive Cochin
India Travellers executive will receive you at Cochin airport and transfer to your hotel. Explore the ancient fort town and harbour city of Cochin (Kochi) popular for spice trade. Finish the day with an afternoon cruise on the harbour and evening at leisure. Day 02: Cochin – Periyar/Alleppy/Kovalam – Ayurvedic Center
We Can go to Periyar which lies in the shade of Cardamom Hills and is a beautiful area of tranquil and winding roads, tea gardens, rubber estates and spice plantations. We can go to Pallakad area for Ayurvedic resorts like Kairali, or some other smaller offbeat Ayurveda centres. We can go to Alleppy, the home to backwaters for Ayurvedic resorts. We can also drive to Kovalam, the famous beach resort, for various Ayurvedic resorts like Somatheeram etc India Travellers completely customise these tours to meet your specific requirements and can offer many options in different parts of Kerala.Day 03 - Day 09: Seven Days Ayurveda Therapy
All the serious Ayurvedic centres have a complete procedure for various needs and it takes from 4 days to 21 days depending on your requirements. Seven days are set aside for the Ayurveda Therapy. The resident Doctor after consultations plans your programme and will also suggest your diet and other details. Ayurvedic centres have their own guidelines for treatment period but generally during this period it is recommended not to exert yourself and for best results no alcohol, no tobacco and a strictly vegetarian diet. Day 10 - Day 11: Kumarakom
We stay at Kumarakom for 1-2 nights for a well deserved rest and enjoy Kerala’s spicy and exotic cuisines. Day 12: Cochin – Fly Out
Today drive to Cochin and in time transfer to airport for your onward flight. Price: On Request Price Guide Price is Per Person on twin sharing basis.
