Today arrive Calcutta in the morning. Explore Calcutta with you private guide, visiting Victoria Memorial, a legacy of the British Raj and home to an impressive collection of art, St Paul’s Cathedral, and Indian Museum.

Today fly to Bagdogra and we do nice drive through Himalayan foothills to Darjeeling. Evening is at leisure and for acclimatization.

Today drive up to Tiger Hill to see the spectacular sunrise over the highest mountain peaks in the world, including Mt Everest and Kanchenjunga. Visit the Ghoom Monastery and enjoy a short Toy Train ride. In afternoon visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and Zoological Park.

Today morning we drive to Yuksam, the base camp for our trek to start. Yuksam lies on the edge of the Khanchenjunga National Park, the largest protected area in Sikkim. Afternoon free for sightseeing and evening to get ready for next day.

Today we start our trek to Tshoka through thick lush green forest of pine and oak.  Enjoy and photograph en route waterfalls and streams. We cross river Prek Chu then start uphill climb to Bakhim village then continue to Tshoka, a Tibetan settlement.

Today morning we continue our trek to Dzongri. From Tshoka the trail is quite steep and passes through the beautiful lush thick forest of rhododendrons, home to flowering plants of over 400 species. En route enjoy spectacular views of mountain ranges.

Today is easy day. Walk around the hill top area and take it easy today and enjoy nature.

We trek down to Bakhim and enjoy this beautiful campsite at near by village.

Today easy walk back to Yuksum and we finish the trek.

Today long but beautiful drive to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. Gangtok is a charming and clean city, with colourful buildings and a bustling atmosphere. Enjoy the cable car ride and visit Tashi View Point which offers enchanting view of Mt. Kanchenjunga and Mt. Siniolchu.

Today enjoy a full-day’s sightseeing around Gangtok. You can do excursion to Tsomgo Lake at an altitude of 12,400 ft. Enjoy photography and even take a yak ride around the lake. Or choose to visit different Gompas (Monastery) across valley.

Today drive to Bagdogra and take flight to Delhi/Calcutta - onwards.
